Story: a wooden clock with a floating chrome sphere that counts the hours, minutes or even years.

Flyte is raising funds for STORY, the clock that will catch your eyes: the first levitating timepiece that is characterized by a wooden base and a floating chrome sphere that counts the hours, minutes or even years. But how does it work? An intricate dance of magnetics guide the chrome sphere while it moves around its orbit. The user can customize this unique object according to his or her needs through the use of a mobile app or doing it manually. Indeed, Story can be set in 3 different modes: Journey, Clock and Timer mode. The former allows you to set Story for counting (for example) the months until your favorite season, until the next marathon or until the birth of a child. Clock mode is a normal clock where the floating sphere represents the hour. Timer mode, instead, is ideal for short term activities, for example to count the hours until the next meeting at the office, or the 60 seconds until the launch of a new product. Moreover, if the floating metal sphere is not enough, a Led matrix display illuminates the exact time through the surface of the wood. In addition, this clock boasts different unique features, for example it can display real time moon phases in your home thanks to its backlit display.
The wooden base is available in ash or walnut finishes.
