The fourth edition of this specializing master, offered by, boasted a great number of partnerships and sponsors with important brands and companies, such as ActionAid, Barilla, Eataly, Intesa Sanpaolo, Leftloft, Museo del Novecento, Deloitte Digital and Barilla. The fifth edition of the specializing master in service design that will start in October 2017, will focus on the same three, important goals: to enhance the basic skills of students with backgrounds in the humanities by furnishing them with theoretical knowledge and practical experience; to provide specific training that refines the design skills of students who have already gained experience in the design sector; to furnish the means necessary to enhance the professional experience of students already in employment. In short, to produce experts and consultants with a design culture and vision, and the abilities to design, manage, and organize the conception and implementation of a service; to build specific skills, and to develop innovation and entrepreneurship. The Specializing Master in Service Design is an international program – taught entirely in English – focused on the user-centered approach and the development of service ideas, from contextual research to prototyping.

The Specializing Master grants 60 credit units, equivalent to 60 ECTS credits recognized throughout the European Union. It will last from October 2017 to April 2018, with an internship from April to September 2018.

It is now possible to send the application form along with CV and a motivation letter to by September 8, 2017. To be admitted to the program, candidates should hold a university degree in design, architecture, or engineering, or they may be specialist in non-polytechnical disciplines for whom polytechnical skills can significantly enhance their prior professional training. Significant professional experience is also considered as a criterion for admission.
