Anteprima, Made in Italy ready-to-wear brand with a Japanese soul, inaugurates a space dedicated to contemporary art in its boutique in Milan

Anteprima, Made in Italy ready-to-wear brand for women created in 1993 by Japanese fashion designer Izumi Ogino, inaugurates ‘Galleria’, a space dedicated to contemporary art exhibitions within the boutique at Corso Como 9, in Milan.

Its Japanese-style poetic and rigorous design along with the impeccable Italian manufacturing has always had cultural and creative implications.

The guests following one another will be internationally renowned visual artists who will frame clothing and accessory collections with energy.

“With Galleria – says Izumi Ogino – I want to support artists, offer them an expressive space and establish a constant dialogue that could allow me to get to know them personally and that could bring art closer to people. I really care about this project and it will allow me to broaden the horizons of my job in fashion as well.”

‘Galleria’ occupies a linear surface within the Anteprima boutique, in harmony with the environment characterized by an essential and elegant design highlighted by the white-anthracite combination.

A Milan-based brand, Anteprima has its headquarters in Hong Kong, while manufacturing is entirely carried out in Italy. [Barbara Tassara]
