Pasquale Junior Natuzzi

Pasquale Junior Natuzzi, 28, joined the Natuzzi Group in 2012 as Marketing Program Manager. Then, for a year and a half, he held the position of Communication Director and Vice Creative Director heading the worldwide development of Natuzzi’s brand strategy. Since July 2017 he has been Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and now he adds the new role as Creative Director and Stylist. He is also part of the Board of Directors of Assarredo.

“I took on this new challenge with enthusiasm, responsibility and the strong desire to make the image of one of the most famous furniture brands in the world evolve – he said. Natuzzi is a brand with a sixty-year history and a clear strategy: the transformation from a furniture player into a lifestyle brand. The collections, the retail store experience, the communication, marketing and customer service must be imbued with the brand’s vision because, only through a holistic approach, we will be able to project the brand towards a modern and distinctive creative language characterized by a high experiential value and thus create our community of brand lovers.”

When he was 20, in 2010, Pasquale Junior Natuzzi founded the fashion start-up The Secret Society with an unconventional approach. In 2011 he moved to New York to attend Assett and Wealth Management courses held by international banking groups. When he came back to Italy, he entered the Natuzzi Group, founded by his father in 1959, with the task of managing marketing and communication (mainly digital communication) levers and organizing highly experiential events. In the meanwhile, as a Brand Ambassador, he started traveling worldwide to represent the DNA and the core values of the Natuzzi Group.

2015 was the year of the rebranding and Pasquale Junior Natuzzi supported his father, the CEO. The result was a deep renewal of the brand’s communication strategy, focused on the Apulian-Mediterranean Lifestyle. The following year he launched the Digital R-evolution Natuzzi: the brand communication integrates offline and online channels and creates tools to engage the customers.
