Palazzo rhinoceros in Rome, restored by Jean Nouvel for Fondazione Alda Fendi – Esperimenti, is a new destination dedicated to art connoisseurs and hospitality

palazzo rhinoceros, inaugurated on October 11th, 2018, is a multipurpose space obtained from a historic building of the 17th century (between the Arch of Janus and the area of the Roman Forum) that hosts Fondazione Alda Fendi – Esperimenti, the twenty-four apartments of The Rooms of Rome and the elegant Caviar Kaspia Roma restaurant.The apartments designed by Jean Nouvel and commissioned by Kike Sarasola – President and Founder of Room Mate group – are intended for short or long stays. They are spread over three floors of palazzo rhinoceros and offer their guests an authentic holistic art experience where architecture and culture live in harmony establishing a dialogue between history and modernity.The upper floor of palazzo rhinoceros hosts Caviar Kaspia Roma, a restaurant with three panoramic terraces that, in addition to breathtaking views of the monuments of Rome, offers, thanks to chef Giovanni Giammarino’s versatile cuisine, an original blend of Russian, French and Italian tastes.
