The first furniture collection by the Lebanese fashion designer with ateliers in Beirut and Paris, Elie Saab, was a great success. Carlo Colombo, designer with extensive experience in high-end furniture, gave an all-round interpretation of the first Elie Saab Maison furniture collection, for all the spaces of the home. This project resulted from a partnership with Corporate Brand Maison, which manages the production and distribution.

2 – Compasso d’Oro Awards 2020

The second most read post is the one dedicated to the winners of the Compasso d’Oro Awards 2020. Established in Italy in 1954 and one of today’s most important design awards in the world, the Compasso d’Oro Awards are given every three years to many products in different industrial sectors. The common denominator is design. Taking advantage of the summer season, also the 2020 awards ceremony was held in person, albeit with a limited audience.

Launched at Maison & Objet in January 2020, Greenkiss is a new 100% Made in Italy brand. Three outstanding designers created new furniture collections able to express an innovative, more minimal and sustainable luxury concept. Hubert de Malherbe has designed many retail and hospitality spaces; Thierry Lemaire is an architect and a designer; and Paolo Castelli is the creative director and CEO of the namesake Bologna-based company.

An idea by Komma advertising agency, this commercial wanted to highlight the space of one’s home during the confinement caused by the pandemic.
