The hospitality industry restarts from Host 2021

Host returns in person from 22 to 26 October, 2021, with business opportunities, new products and over 800 events

Hostmilano returns to the pavilions of Rho-Fieramilano, from 22 to 26 October 2021, with an in-person edition, in conjunction with Tuttofood, the hub dedicated to the food system. The fair, now in its 42nd edition, brings together the entire hospitality universe in a single venue, from the latest professional equipment to the latest technological applications.

Host 2021 includes the following macro-areas: Food Service Equipment; Bakery, Pizza, Pasta Coffee; Bar, Coffee Machines, Vending; Gelato; Pastry; Furniture; Table. There will also be the mymatching virtual platform, a space dedicated to all those who cannot physically be at the fair.

The leitmotif of the 2021 edition of Host will be a renewed attention to all that is sustainable and green. Special attention will be paid to energy efficiency and to the choice of materials, derived from the circular economy. Ample space will also be given to the Internet of Things, with its endless applications, from hotels to the operation of professional equipment; not to mention the increasing importance of issues such as safety and sanitization of environments.

Alongside the exhibition of the 1291 exhibitors participating in this edition, Host offers an extensive program of events, talks national and international competitions, cooking demonstrations and seminars. The Digital Talks are a series of seminars in collaboration with POLI.design addressed to architects and experts in the sector looking for opportunities for professional updates. Among the main events, there is also SMART Label – Host Innovation Award, the competition open to all innovative companies, organized by Fiera Milano and HostMilano in collaboration with POLI.Design – Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano, with the support of ADI – Associazione Italiana per il Disegno Industriale. There will also be the World Coffee Championships by the Specialty Coffee Association, international championships organized by the International Federation of Pastry Ice Cream and Chocolate, and Art Gallery, with over 200 works on display, by Italian and international pastry chefs.
