Architects José María Ezquiaga and Emilio Tuñón Álvarez were the speakers at the conference “Urban Transformation and Architectural Recovery: The Spanish Example”, held on October 20, 2022 at the Casa dell’Architettura in Rome.

Spain, like Italy, has an enormous historical-artistic cultural heritage in terms of architecture and urban planning. Therefore, the meeting attended by some of Spain’s leading internationally renowned architects as speakers was an opportunity to present urban recovery and regeneration projects. The projects, carried out in Spain in recent years, are among the most significant in terms of environmental sustainability and technological innovation.
