Ceramic and marble: surface trends for 2023

Cersaie and Marmomac showcased the latest ceramic and marble surfaces and trends for 2023

Ceramic and marble. Tradition and innovation. Manual skills and technology. These two elements, along with a commitment to sustainability, were the common thread running through the two trade shows dedicated to ceramic and stone sectors that closed recently: Cersaie in Bologna and Marmomac in Verona.

Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile for Architecture and Bathroom Furnishings, hosted the latest product innovations. The trade show confirmed its national and international importance among distributors, architects, installers, and real estate operators, also thanks to booths characterized by great visual and emotional impact. At Cersaie, the ceramic sector showcased its full range of options, from tiles to bathroom furnishings, from the installation sector to service activities.

Ceramic confirms itself as an increasingly popular material thanks to the product’s intrinsic characteristics, including healthfulness, hygiene and durability.

Similarly, the natural stone supply chain is also restarting with momentum from Marmomac, an international fair showcasing innovative products and technologies. More than 1,200 varieties of stone materials were on show, including rough marble blocks, slabs and processed stones, along with the most innovative technology for quarrying, cutting, processing and transport. Machinery and equipment completed a unique trade fair offer in the world. Great added value was confirmed to be the focus on product culture, experimentation, design and professional updating.

For the following photo gallery we have selected some companies from the sectors listed above with their new products and the latest trends.
